My knees are quite fragile these years T __ T I just overused it a little bit yesterday, and now i can’t sit down or stand up normally with my right knee. After a quick researching about knee injuries, i decided to rest until it works normally, and then i will start building the muscle around it SLOWLY. Yep. SLOWLY! I must be smart and patient.
